Vincent J. Agosta, Esq., J.D., M.A.
With over 10 years of continued education, Vincent has developed a sophisticated academic background that supports his real world experience. Vincent graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 2010, and is a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. He earned his Master’s Degree in 2014 from North Carolina State University, and taught literature at William Peace University. Vincent attended law school at UNC Chapel Hill, earning a Juris Doctor in 2022.
As a teacher, lawyer, and licensed real estate broker, Vincent understands what it means to be a passionate advocate for his clients. While in law school, Vincent aided in the representation of indigent clients both with the Wake County Public Defender’s office, and with the Civil Legal Assistance Clinic at UNC, working with issues ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to consumer protection. He has also helped clients with successful civil lawsuits involving breach of contract, shareholder oppression, and eviction.
In his free time, Vincent enjoys shooting pool, watching Canes hockey, and driving through North Carolina for road trips to the mountains or the beach.
